The club offers youth (eight to 13-year-olds), junior (14 to 18-year-olds) and senior (18 and up) competition for female players of any skill level.

Also offered are select junior teams to play at tournaments.

The season begins in early May and runs through until the end of July.

The club is also holding an introductory workshop for girls eight to 14 years of age on Saturday, Apr. 5 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Burlington's Sherwood Forest Park gymnasium.

Mouth-guards will be provided to those who don't have them, although shin-guards and proper workout attire are required.

No pre-registration is needed.

The league is also in need of umpires and coaches for the Under-14 and Under-18 teams for the upcoming season.
